[November Release] Improvement of the Activity History, Dashboard, Report Builder, and Budget Pacing

Today we are excited to share our recent achievements with you.
In this release:
- Activity History: You can view the activity logs in the MStrategy platform
- Dashboard-V3: You can view consolidated performance data with a destination board view
- Report Builder-Column Chart: You select Column Chart view to generate the performance report
- Budget Pacing: Budget evening pacing is enabled for the ROAS strategy

Report Builder
- You can select the Column Chart view to generate the performance report.
Budget Pacing
- You can enable the budget evening pacing when editing the ROAS strategy, and also view the evening pacing tag in the strategy list when it is enabled.
