STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTION

Introduction

  • The MStrategy User Management section allows users to add a new user and assign a role to one or multiple accounts. Right now, the Account Manager and Account Admin are able to manage users, which is not supportable for Strategy Manager and Report User.
  • Overview of the role permissions

Add a New User

Please make sure the account setup (creation and binding) is done and you can see the account name before you want to add a new user with access to the account.

Step 1. Navigate to Users on the Left of the screen.

Step 2. Click Add New User.

Step 3. Input the New User’s Basic Information

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email address

Step 4. Select the Accounts You’d Like to Assign and Click Apply

Step 5. Select the Roles and Save

Select the roles that are required to assign to the user from the drop-down list, then click Save.

Step 6. Submit

You can edit or delete the account & role mapped, or click Add New to map the user to more accounts.

After clicking Submit, you will see the newly created user in the user list with a Pending status.

Step 7. Set Password

The new user will receive an account creation notification email with the subject Your MStrategy account has been created, where the new user can follow the link to set their password and login into the MStrategy system.

Note:
The activation link will expire after 24 hours, so if the new user doesn't set the password to activate the account, the link will be redirected to the Forget Password page and the user can set the password by clicking Forgot Password.
