Introduction

MStrategy hotel management section allows you to import hotel information to an account, bind the hotels to a bidding channel, view the hotel list, and bind the hotel channel list.

Bind the Imported Hotel to a Bidding Channel

• Click Bind Channel, and select a bidding channel to bind the imported hotels.
  • The system supports max 400,000 properties bound and bidding simultaneously per account.

• You can filter the unbound hotels by filtering the condition and clicking Apply.

• Then select the applied hotels and click Next.

Successful Case

• You can see the validation results for successful and failed properties. If the validation passes, click Submit.

Failed case

• If the validation result includes failed properties, then you need to edit and correct them before submission

Notes: At the moment only missing hotel codes or incorrect mapping codes will trigger a failed validation result. Please be sure to check and correct these values if a failed validation occurs.

• You can see the hotel channel bind status in Hotels in Channels

Notes: Only bound hotels will be displayed on the Hotels in Channels page.

• When the hotels are bound to a bidding channel, by default the status is paused.
• You can enable the hotels to Active status before adding them to a strategy for bidding.

Unbind the Hotels from a Bidding Channel

• Users are able to unbind the hotels which are not included in a strategy from a bidding channel with the following steps:

Step1: Select Unbind Channel from the Connect Dropdown List.

Step 2: Select the Hotels that are Required to Unbind.

Step 3: Click Unbind Channel: Confirm and Click Unbind Now.

Notes: Only the hotels that are not used in a strategy could be unbound from the channel.

Bulk hotel codes unbinding functionality

• Users are able to bulk import the hotel codes and unbind from the bidding channel by applying the hotel code filter condition.
• Max hotel code import limitation: 10,000.
