Q: What is the max inventory the system supports per account today?
A: 3,000,000 properties.
Q: What are the max bound and bidding properties simultaneously the system supports per account today?
A: 400,000 properties.
Q: Can an account be onboarded if they don’t have the Kayak sales tracking pixel installed?
A: Yes.
Q: Can an account without the Kayak sales tracking pixel installed be able to use all the bidding strategies available on the platform?
A: No, accounts without the Kayak tracking pixel can only utilize the visibility strategy. The ROAS strategy won´t be available as it requires booking data to function properly.
Q: Are the users able to see Core clicks on the platform?
A: Yes, in the reporting section users are able to filter clicks by type — Core or Bob.
Q: How frequently is the report refreshed on the platform?
A: On a daily basis. Kayak sends the click and sales report once a day, which is then imported into our system and displayed on the platform.
Q: At what time will the users be able to see the previous day's data on the platform?
A: On Day 2 UTC 10:00, users can view the entire Impressions/Clicks/Cost data from Day 1 and prior days, as well as bookings data from Day 0 and prior days.
Q: What does "Market" refer to on the platform?
A: "Market" refers to the user's country. When setting up a strategy, you have the option to target multiple markets.
